Hormone therapy
year-long guided programmes

We help you navigate hormone therapy wherever you are in it — preparing to start or already some way in. It's informational support, shaped around your needs and situation.

Why use a programme for this?

Somewhere to check what you've heard

You already pick things up from other trans people, and much of it is good. What's missing is somewhere to check it against the evidence and against your own situation — without anyone treating the question as odd.

Answers between appointments, not instead of them

A specialist joins within one working day, with replies on weekdays. Plenty of questions can be settled that way instead of holding a waiting-list slot for them — and when something does need seeing in person, we say so.

Your context stays in one place

Your results, your regimen, and everything you've already discussed stay together, so you never have to explain your whole history from the beginning again.

We keep track between reviews

The things that are easy to lose between appointments stay with us — including reminding you when it's time to get tested again.

Questions about the programmes

What you actually get

You send your latest results along with your current regimen and anything else that feels relevant. Your specialist reads the new document against your earlier results and the history you've shared, then replies within one working day. If something stays unclear, you can keep discussing it inside the same review.

Preparing and Starting gives you two open-chat periods: one while you're preparing to start and one around your first weeks on therapy. During each period, you can write as much as you need without deciding whether every question needs a separate paid conversation. Each stays open for two weeks from the first specialist reply.

A focused question that doesn't require a full look at new results — for example, whether something is commonly experienced at this point in your therapy or should be mentioned at your next appointment. Both programmes include five during the year.

The four reviews are spread across the year to match your testing schedule rather than fixed dates, since schedules differ. If you test less often, you use fewer.

Who you're talking to

A specialist works with you in a text chat across the year. They can explain what to expect and what your options are, make sense of results as they change over time, show you how care works under the system you're dealing with, and take the questions that come up between reviews.

They hold medical qualifications recognised in at least one country and have significant hands-on clinical experience — more about the team on the About page.

Peer-reviewed research, clinical guidelines and established medical literature — the full list is here.

The programmes are designed to support the care you receive from a prescribing provider. They help you make sense of information, prepare for appointments and identify questions to raise.

We don't prescribe, and we don't replace the provider responsible for your treatment. Starting, stopping or changing medication is decided with them.

No. Messages are not monitored continuously. If you may be in immediate danger or are experiencing severe symptoms, contact your local emergency services.

Starting a programme

Choose Preparing and Starting if you're preparing to start, or started recently and support around the early stages would still be useful. Choose Ongoing Monitoring if you're already settled into therapy and mainly want your results looked at over time.

You create an account and pay once — €100 for Preparing and Starting, €70 for Ongoing Monitoring. Nothing renews on its own. Then you describe where you are now in your own words, and we ask a few follow-up questions so your specialist has the context they need. A specialist joins within one working day, with replies on weekdays. Your 12 months begin with that first reply, not with the payment.

Bring what you have. Your documents and results don't need to be complete or neatly organised.

No. Your history stays with your specialist for the whole programme, so you never repeat yourself. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Payment, refunds and privacy

Card is the main way to pay. If the price is the obstacle, there's a community fund — that's what it exists for.

Ask within 2 days of paying and we refund in full. After that we look at it case by case.
