No. elephanQ works directly in the browser, on a smartphone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install.
You can use elephanQ internationally. What we can help with depends on local rules and healthcare access.
Two: a one-time conversation with a specialist for €5, and a subscription for €25 a month with unlimited requests.
The AI assistant gathers the relevant details before the specialist joins, so more of the conversation can focus on your question. It may ask about symptoms, duration, current therapy, what you've already tried and your age. That's what makes it possible to offer a conversation for €5.
The AI assistant responds immediately. A specialist replies within an hour, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM CET, Monday to Saturday.
